Delete your account
MeetOrg lets you deactivate or permanently delete your account from your dashboard. This page explains how to do it yourself and how to reach us if you cannot sign in.
Delete or deactivate in the app
You must be signed in to use the account privacy tools. Deactivation and permanent deletion are available from your dashboard.
Sign in
Open MeetOrg in your browser or mobile app and sign in with the email address on your account.
Open Privacy
From your dashboard, go to Privacy (account privacy tools).
Choose deactivate or delete
Deactivate disables sign-in but keeps audit records. Delete permanently removes your auth user and profile where the database allows. Both require typing a confirmation phrase.
What each option does
Deactivate account
Disables sign-in immediately. Your profile and financial history stay in the database for audit. An administrator must restore access if you change your mind.
Delete account permanently
Permanently removes your auth user and related profile rows where cascades allow. This cannot be undone. Some transaction or tax records may be retained as required by law.
Cannot sign in?
If you lost access, your account was deactivated, or you need help deleting data without signing in, email us from the address on your account. We will verify ownership and process your request.
